The present invention relates to a smart table apparatus for video tele-conferences and model house simulations. In more detail, the present invention relates to a smart table apparatus for video tele-conferences and model housing simulations, which provides a realistic interaction environment while users share a virtual space on a smart table to progress a face-to-face cooperation, and allows a participant to photograph an object carried by himself or herself in relation to a conference through a robot arm camera and provide another participant at a remote site with the photo while allowing another participant to control the robot arm camera at a remote site to observe the object at a desired angle and from a desired distance, thereby supporting a video tele-conference that may remarkably improve the efficiency of the video tele-conference and the convenience of the conference participants related thereto and providing various video materials based on a model house advertisement, for example, of an apartment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
