The present invention relates to a solar photovoltaic generation system having a connection board to extend the lifetime of a solar cell module by preventing potential induced degradation (PID) of the solar cell module. The solar photovoltaic generation system comprises: a solar cell module outputting power generated from incident light through anode and cathode terminals; a power conversion unit converting the power generated by the solar cell module into power to be supplied corresponding to a power system; a connection board provided between the solar cell module and the power conversion unit to supply the power generated by the solar cell module to the power conversion unit; an insulation resistance unit provided in the connection board and detecting insulation resistance flowing in the anode and cathode terminals of the solar cell module; a voltage/current detection unit provided in the connection board and detecting a voltage and a current flowing in the anode and cathode terminals of the solar cell module; a control unit receiving the insulation resistance detected by the insulation resistance unit to determine whether or not an abnormality has occurred in the solar cell module and receiving the voltage/current detected by the voltage/current detection unit to determine whether or not the power conversion unit has operated; and a PID compensator controlled by the control unit and compensating PID of the solar cell module by applying a positive voltage to the anode and cathode terminals of the solar cell module.
