The present invention relates to an online product selling system based on a ticket and a method thereof. The online product selling method based on a ticket according to the present invention comprises: a step of issuing a ticket for purchasing the predetermined number of products after accepting payment for ticket purchasing price; a step of providing information on a product available to be purchased by the ticket to a purchaser terminal and allowing selection of a product; a step to display an icon for requesting delivery of a product on a screen of the purchaser terminal when the number of products selected by the purchaser terminal is the predetermined number of products; and a step of performing a delivery process regarding the predetermined number of products selected by the user when the icon is selected.
