A server is provided. The server includes a communication part for communicating with a user terminal and receiving the behavior information about a user to be tested by using the user terminal, a storage part for storing the behavior information about the user determined to be cheated in a previous test process; and a control part for determining whether the user has cheated during the test based on the stored behavior information and the received behavior information, and controlling the communication part to transmit a control command according to the determination result to an external device.
