The present invention relates to a bacteriophage BSP10 (KACC97026P) included in Myoviridae, a bacterial killing composition including the same, and a microorganism formulation for killing bacteria. The phage of the present invention has an infection ability with respect to multiple salmonella bacteria, and simultaneously shows an infection ability with respect to high pathogenic E. coli O157 and dysentery bacilli. The present invention can serve as a biological adjuster, can reduce an economical loss caused by pathogenic microorganisms contamination in the food industry and the agricultural industry, and can simultaneously kill salmonella, pathogenic E. coli O157, and dysentery bacilli. The phage of the present invention can be used in treating diseases with respect to infection of salmonella, pathogenic E. coli O157, and dysentery bacilli. In particular, the phage can kill salmonella having antibiotic resistance, E. coli O157 having strong toxicity, and antibiotic resistant bacteria which have not been conventionally able to be removed by a conventional antibiotic agent when being used to dysentery bacilli. Compared to an antibiotic agent, the phage has special properties in which the phage does not affect useful E. coli which does not have pathogenicity, and thus the phage can be useful as a substitute of a conventional antibiotic agent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
