SLUDGE POWDER OF RECYCLED WATER OF READY-MIXED CONCRETE, METHOD OF PREPARING SAME AND ASPHALT CONCRETE COMPOSITION FOR OUTER LAYER

The present invention provides a sludge powder of recycled water of ready-mixed concrete; a method of preparing a sludge powder of recycled water of ready-mixed concrete; and an asphalt concrete composition for outer layers. The sludge powder is prepared from separating sludge from the recycled water of ready-mixed concrete, and drying and pulverizing the same, and has a particle diameter that allows 100 wt% of the sludge powder to pass through 0.6 mm mesh, and 70 or more wt% of the sludge powder to pass through 0.08 mm mesh, and comprises: 10-40 wt% of SiO_2; 3-15 wt% of Al_2 O_3; 2-3 wt% of Fe_2 O_3; 25-50 wt% of CaO; 1-3 wt% of MgO; and 1-5 wt% of SO_3. The method comprises the steps of: (a) separating sludge from recycled water of ready-mixed concrete; (b) drying the separated sludge; and (c) pulverizing the dried sludge into powder having a particle diameter that allows 100 wt% of the sludge powder to pass through 0.6 mm mesh, and 70 or more wt% of the sludge powder to pass through 0.08 mm mesh. The asphalt concrete composition comprises an aggregate having a particle diameter of 25 mm or less, the sludge powder of recycled water of ready-mixed concrete, and asphalt, wherein the sludge powder is included in 1-8 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the aggregate, and the asphalt is included in 3-10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the aggregate.
