The present invention relates to a scrapper-type brush for finishing a surface of a cracked part capable of being efficiently used for the cracked part generated on a wall surface of a building or a road surface, enabling neat appearance in case of painting an exterior part of the building, and remarkably reducing time required for repairing and a method for finishing the surface of the cracked part using the scrapper-type brush. The method for finishing the surface of the cracked part using the scrapper-type brush includes: a cracked part cleaning step (S100) cleaning the cracked part by injecting water after removing paint coated on the surface of the cracked part including a gap and a curved surface (30) and various kinds of foreign materials with the brush; a liquid mixture coating step (S200) coating one liquid mixture (40) selected between silicon or a putting agent with the scrapper-type brush (S) composed of a brush (100) with an internal coating pad (110) capable of coating the liquid mixture (40) and supported and fixated by a supporter (130) and a handle (120) supported and fixated by the supporter (130) after cleaning the cracked part; and a surface finishing step (S300) of finishing the surface with one selected between a waterproof solution and paint after coating the liquid mixture (40) on the surface.
