The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing bundle-type clay bricks, and bundle-type clay bricks and clay bricks having longitudinal through-holes manufactured thereby. The method comprises: a step (S1) of preparing, based on the total weight of materials, pottery clay including 15-80 wt% of kaolin, 5-40 wt% of clay, and 5-50 wt% of coal ash; a step (S2) of inputting the pottery clay prepared in the previous step (S1) into an extrusion molding machine and extruding molded brick bodies in a longitudinal direction so that a through-hole (111) can be formed on the surface of a header (110) under a load condition of 360-370 ampere at a vacuum pressure of 720-760 mmHg, wherein a brick part (120) extrudes at least two simultaneously attached molded brick bodies; and a step (S3) of cutting the molded brick bodies extruded in the previous step (S2) to a length of 150-600 mm, drying the same, and then firing the same in a furnace.
