The present invention relates to a ghost Brucella abortus strain, and a brucellosis prevention vaccine composition including the same as an active ingredient. More specifically, provided are a recombinant vector including a T4 phage lysozyme gene, a cut sequence by an enzyme, and a PMAP-36 gene; E. coli, Bl21(DE3), which is a transformant transformed by the recombinant vector; T4 phage lysozyme-PMAP-36 expressed and refined from the strain; a ghost Brucella abortus strain produced by the bacteriolytic action of a Brucella abortus domestic isolate by the refined T4 phage lysozyme-PMAP-36; a brucellosis prevention or treatment vaccine composition including the strain as an active ingredient; and a method for preventing or treating brucellosis. According to the present invention, the ghost Brucella abortus strain shows a prevention effect and immunogenicity similar to a viable vaccine, and does not have worries about the restoration of pathogenicity and ecological contamination. An antibiotic agent-resistant gene is made into ghost without worries about horizontal or vertical delivery, so production costs can be reduced and an excellent prevention effect with respect to brucellosis can be ensured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
