The present invention relates to a folding door linked roof system for a bus and, more specifically, provides a folding door linked roof system for a bus, which is arranged in an upper end portion of a folding door of a bus on which a passenger gets on and off to prevent a passenger getting on a bus from being defenselessly exposed to rain and snow when weather deteriorates. Moreover, a lower end portion at one side of the folding door linked roof system is connected to an upper end portion at one side of the folding door to be unfolded and folded by a moving force of the folding door.
