The present invention relates to a harmful pest and bacteria repellent, a soil conditioner, and methods for preparing the same, and more specifically, to a harmful pest and bacteria repellent having excellent pest and disease control functions, to a soil conditioner capable of improving and maintaining the continual self-renewing ability of the soil, and to methods of preparing the same. The method of preparing the harmful pest and bacteria repellent, comprises: a step in which leaves harvested from three or more living trees selected from a group consisting of Ginkgo biloba, Pinus densiflora, Chamaecyparis obtusa, Platycladus, Korean fir, Cryptomeria japonica, Abies holophylla, Pinus koraiensis, and bamboo are immersed in alcohol at room temperature for three or more days to produce an extract mixture; and a step in which the extract mixture is mixed with wood vinegar, and fermented at room temperature for three or more days to produce a harmful pest and bacteria repellent. Also, the method of preparing the soil conditioner comprises: a step in which a harmful pest and bacteria repellent is prepared; and a step in which the harmful pest and bacteria repellent is mixed with a microbial mixture containing fermentation microorganisms, antibacterial microorganisms, and photosynthetic microorganisms, and is fermented for one or more days. Accordingly, the present invention may improve environment modification function, recover acidified soils, and increase productivity of farmland. Also, the present invention provides a harmful pest and bacteria repellent having excellent pest and disease control functions and a method of preparing the same, and a soil conditioner capable of improving and maintaining the continual self-renewing ability of the soil and a method of preparing the same.
