The present invention provides a comparative analysis system for plan and performance information of a building process for a shipbuilding and offshore structure and a method thereof. The comparative analysis system for plan and performance information of a building process for a shipbuilding and offshore structure of the present invention comprises: a display unit; a drawing load module unit which loads an entire drawing, which includes a plurality of blocks of a preset ship structure, on the display unit; a view moving module unit which moves a visualization area to a desired position in the entire drawing which is loaded on the display unit; a scale change module unit which sets an open block from one or more blocks included in the moved visualization area from the plurality of blocks and adjusts the scale of the open block or visualizes work information included in the open block; and a progress rate display module unit which displays the work progress rate of each unit work of unit compositions included in the visualized open block in different colors. The present invention aims to provide a comparative analysis system for plan and performance information of a building process for a shipbuilding and offshore structure and a method thereof, which allow a user to immediately identify the progress rate and the preparation rate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
