The present invention relates to a mobile ad-hoc routing protocol which can exhibit good performance when compared with an existing routing protocol in terms of network performance and PU protection. The mobile ad-hoc routing protocol in a cognitive radio network according to the present invention has a technical feature to include (a) an information request step of collecting spectral availability information of a one-hop neighbor node at each node of the cognitive radio network and exchanging spectrum information; and (b) setting a route based on the spectrum availability at a source node or an intermediate node.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
