Disclosed are an apparatus for treating coke wastewater and a method for treating coke wastewater using the same. In a specific embodiment, the apparatus for treating coke wastewater comprises: a biological treatment unit into which coke wastewater is introduced via a first inflow passage, and in which first treated water is generated; and a post-processing unit which is connected to the biological treatment unit via a second inflow passage, into which the first treated water is introduced, and in which second treated water is generated. A first measurement unit configured to measure the chemical oxygen demand (COD) concentration of the coke wastewater is provided on the first inflow passage, the first measurement unit is electrically connected to and controlled by a control unit, and the control unit accepts a COD concentration value obtained from the first measurement unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
