The present invention relates to a yarn dyeing method using natural materials and dyed yarn manufactured thereby, and more specifically, to a yarn dyeing method using body-friendly natural materials having deodorization property, which increases the fastness of dyeing by binding natural materials to yarn and drying the yarn step by step, and to dyed yarn manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a primary binding step (S1) of immersing yarn in natural dyeing agent mixing natural dye and water to bind the yarn; a primary drying and color formation step (S2) of drying and color-forming the first bound yarn at 30 to 45C for 15 to 20 minutes; a secondary binding step (S3) of immersing the primarily dried and color-formed yarn in a first mixing solution mixing 1 to 3 weight percent of natural fragrance with respect to 100 weight percent of natural dyeing agent to bind the yarn; a secondary drying and color formation step (S4) of drying and color-forming the secondarily bound yarn at 40 to 50C at 15 to 20 minutes; a coating step (S5) of immersing the secondarily dried and color-formed yarn in a second mixing solution mixing 2 to 4 weight percent of natural coating agent with respect to 100 weight percent of the first mixing solution to coat the yarn; and a tertiary drying and color formation step (S6) of drying and color-forming the coated yarn at 70 to 80C at 5 to 10 minutes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
