The present invention relates to a scheme for improving an epithelium protection membrane function of a junctional epithelium by inducing intercellular binding development of a gingival junctional epithelium which has a weak intercellular bond. A gingival junctional epithelium does not have closely placed intercellular bonds, but intervals therebetween are wide. Thus, the gingival junctional epithelium may be used as a pathway in which bacteria or toxic materials can penetrate from the outside. Accordingly, to improve an epithelium protection membrane function of a junctional epithelium, intercellular bonds of the gingival junctional epithelium need to be reinforced. E-cadherin bonds between gingival junctional epithelia are inhibited by c-Jun N-terminal kinase not to be developed. The present invention can improve intercellular bonds of junctional epithelia by inducing the development of E-cadherin bonds in a cell membrane of a gingival junctional epithelium by inhibiting a c-Jun N-terminal kinase activity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
