The present invention relates to a cosmetic composite having effects of wrinkle improvement and skin elasticity improvement because containing a fermentation extract of usnea longissima sparassis crispa as an active ingredient, wherein the fermentation extract is acquired by extracting a fermented material acquired by fermenting usnea longissima with mycelium of sparassis crispa. According to the present invention, the fermentation using mycelium of sparassis crispa enables cytotoxicity included in the usnea longissima extract to be remarkably reduced, leading to safety in skin, and also enables an excellent combination performance of collagen and elastin that the usnea longissimi could not have. Thus, the present invention is useful in a cosmetic composite for skin wrinkle improvement and skin elasticity improvement.
