The present invention discloses a system for analyzing a basic cause of deviation related to equipment. The system includes a sensor resolution action (SeRA) entity for detecting deviation related to the equipment. A deviation resolution graph (DRG) entity determines a deviation resolution sub-graph (DRsG) for solving deviation based on the DRG.
