The present invention relates to a system for optimally controlling a thermo-hygrostat under a sealed condition of a cold air path of a server room and a method for controlling the same and, more specifically, to a system for optimally controlling a thermo-hygrostat under a sealed condition of a cold air path of a server room and a method for controlling the same, capable of preventing energy from being wasted due to excessive cooling action by allowing a cooling operation to be more flexibly performed according to external and internal conditions when a cooling condition of a server rack is built. The system for optimally controlling a thermo-hygrostat under a sealed condition of a cold air path of a server room comprises: a sealing chamber provided between two server rack rows facing each other and having a cold air path through which the cold air introduced into the server rack flows; a guide space provided under the support floor supporting the sealing chamber to guide air introduced into the sealing chamber; a thermo-hygrostat provided at the support floor, controlling the temperature and moisture of the air introduced into the guide space, and having a plurality of compressors mutually and independently operated; server rack temperature sensors provided on upper portions and lower portions of the server racks provided in the sealing chamber; and a control server provided to communicate with each of the server rack temperature sensors and the thermo-hygrostat and controlling the temperature of the cold air path by changing the operation amount of the compressors when the temperature range of the cold air path of the sealing chamber is out of a setting range.
