One embodiment of the present invention provides a launcher for a movable robot in a pipe, which is for cleaning or inspecting the inside of the pipe so as to be easily inserted into or withdrawn from the pipe, wherein the launcher for a movable robot in a pipe can be used regardless of an installation state of the pipe, and can be easily moved and stored. According to one aspect of the present invention, the launcher for a movable robot in a pipe comprises a housing which forms a space inside to accommodate the movable robot in a pipe; and a transfer portion coupled to a lower portion of the housing and transferring the housing.
