The present invention relates to an adipose tissue-derived stromal vascular separating kit, and an adipose tissue-derived stromal vascular separating method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an adipose tissue-derived stromal vascular separating kit capable of easily separating a stromal vascular fraction from adipose tissue without having a high price tool by using a remarkable structure, and to an adipose tissue-derived stromal vascular separating method using the same. The kit according to the present invention can be easily operated, so even a non-expert can use the kit. Washing and suspending steps of stromal vascular fragments can be repeatedly performed together in one tube, so air exposure is minimized and the danger of second infection caused through the outside is low. Accordingly, the survival rate and the collecting rate of stromal vascular fragments compared to the amount of adipose tissue are improved, and a low quantity of adipose tissue is needed. Thus, stromal vascular fragments can be very effectively, easily, and clearly separated from adipose tissue.
