The present invention relates to a water-dispersible polyurethane composition having corrosion resistance and, more specifically, to a water-dispersible polyurethane composition having corrosion resistance, which comprises a diol compound having corrosion resistance as a repetitive unit and effectively slows down corrosion rate of a metal by forming a corrosion-resistant coating film on a surface of a highly corrosive metal.
