The present invention relates to a method for intermediating overseas IP application for exchanging IP. The present invention comprises: extracting data such as an applicant, an application country, an application number, an overseas patent application number, a priority claim number, the name of an invention, and a patent office disclosed by public data published from a patent office of each country or WIPO as primary data; extracting data such as the applicant, the application country, the application number, the PCT application number, the priority claim number, the name of the invention, and the patent office as secondary data; and analyzing a balancing table of each patent office to connect and intermediate between patent offices.
