The present invention relates to a powder coating composition used in commercial pump components that are not directly exposed to ultraviolet rays, and more specifically, to an epoxy-polyester powder coating composition which can be cured at lower temperatures than existing coatings and does not soften rubber parts constituting the commercial pump components, and thus has superior durability and reliability. The low-temperature curable powder coating composition according to the present invention comprises: 25-40 wt% of two different polyester resins; 25-40 wt% of an epoxy resin; 0.1-1.5 wt% of a curing accelerator; 0.5-2.5 wt% of an additive; 25-35 wt% of an inorganic filler; and 0.05-0.3 wt% of a pigment, wherein the two different polyester resins include a resin having an acid value of 55-75 mg KOH/g and a viscosity of 3,000-5,000 cP at 200°C, and a resin having an acid value of 60-80 mg KOH/g and a viscosity of 5,500-9,500 cP at 175°C, in a weight ratio of 1:5 to 5:1.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
