The present invention relates to an apparatus for cooling microfluid using evaporative cooling of atomized aqueous microdroplets, which uses a simple and efficient cooling device so that freezing may be accomplished without using an external device requiring high energy consumption for cooling and freezing. The apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a solution storage tank in which an aqueous solution-based coolant is filled and stored; a microfluid vacuum chamber for dispersing the coolant supplied from the solution storage tank into microdroplets in a vacuum state; a pipette pipe for linking the solution storage tank with the microfluid vacuum chamber to form a flow path through which the coolant stored in the solution storage tank under the vacuum inside of the microfluid vacuum chamber can flow; an orifice formed between the pipette pipe and the microfluid vacuum chamber to disperse the coolant into microdroplets through the sprayed air jet; and a vacuum pump for converting the microfluid vacuum chamber into a vacuum state.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
