The present invention provides a sidewalk and driveway boundary block using granite sludge and precious slag, and a manufacturing method thereof capable of manufacturing a sidewalk and driveway boundary block by recycling granite sludge and precious slag; prevents concrete deterioration; and prevents adsorption due to pollutants. To achieve this, in accordance with the present invention, the sidewalk and driveway boundary block using granite sludge and precious slag is formed by mixing 8 parts by weight of resin mortar with respect to 100 parts by weight of a mixture composed of 75-85 wt% of a precious slag ball and 15-25 wt% of granite sludge.
