INTEGRAL-TYPE STRUCTURE HYDRAULIC DEVICE HAVING EXPLOSION-PROOF FUNCTION

The present invention relates to an integral-type structure hydraulic device having an explosion-proof function. In a hydraulic actuator and a hydraulic device which supplies high-pressure working oil to the hydraulic actuator, the hydraulic device comprises: a distributor which distributes the working oil generated in the hydraulic device; and an electronic control device which receives a part of the working oil from the distributor and measures the pressure of the working oil. In the hydraulic device, an electric motor and a hydraulic pump are integrally configured, to generate high-pressure working oil in the hydraulic pump by rotation of the electric motor. According to the present invention operated with such a configuration, it is possible to measure the pressure generated by the electric motor and the hydraulic pump and to output a signal. Since the electric motor and the hydraulic pump are integrally configured, it is not required to mount an additional pressure gauge and pipe, and the pressure is directly transferred from the hydraulic pump, thereby improving safety and accuracy.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
