The present invention relates to a method for producing foaming foam by using an environmentally-friendly foaming agent. The method comprises the steps of: (a) producing polyol from a polyol generator; (b) mixing and foaming an environmentally-friendly foaming agent in polyol in a mixer to physically foam the produced polyol; and (c) producing foaming foam to discharge the foamed polymer mixture through a discharging device. The environmentally-friendly foaming agent used in step (b) is dichlorodifluoroethylene (1, 1-Dichloro-2, 2-Difluoroethylene). Accordingly, to resolve ozone layer destruction and greenhouse effect problems caused by a conventional freon-based foaming agent and a pentane-based foaming agent, instead of a conventional physical foaming agent, the present invention can be used in minimizing influences related to environmental contamination such as ozone layer destruction and greenhouse effects.
