The present invention relates to underwater tow type neutral buoyancy optical composite cable, and more specifically to, an underwater acoustic detection cable having a gravity suitable for high tension, a minimized external diameter, and the depth of water. The underwater tow type neutral buoyancy optical composite cable comprises: a tensile fiber layer for maintaining neutral buoyancy in water; and a gravity buoyancy layer surrounding the tensile fiber.
