The present invention relates to a swash type air conditioner compressor having independent suction and discharge valves. According to the present invention, a suction valve (10) is compressively deformed by a refrigerant inflow pressure (Pa) of a refrigerant introduced into a piston (6) when the piston (6) is expanded, and opens a refrigerant inflow path. A discharge valve (20) is compressively deformed by a refrigerant inflow pressure (Pb) of a refrigerant introduced into the piston (6) when the piston (6) is compressed, and opens a refrigerant inflow path. Therefore, the application of rubber material valves (10, 20) to the suction and discharge of the refrigerant is performed.
