The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a surge voltage protection circuit using light materials, which includes: a sunlight collecting step of collecting sunlight for separating and collecting the light materials; and a surge protection circuit manufacturing step of manufacturing a surge protection circuit using the light materials. The present invention can manufacture a protection circuit capable of dealing with a surge voltage by using the light materials after the light materials which the sunlight includes are collected.
