The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly feed composition for fish comprising shellfish processing byproducts, and to a manufacturing method thereof, more specifically, to an environmentally-friendly feed composition for fish comprising shellfish processing byproducts, by manufacturing feed using a shell and a boiled extract as waste resources generated after boiling the shellfish, which can prevent environmental pollution and has excellent nutritional components, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
