The present invention relates to a method for evaluating and sorting a mutant so as to induce high efficiency heterodimer formation from a human antibody heavy chain constant region mutant pair combination library to improve a yield of heterodimer heavy chain constant region formation of a human antibody; and to a heterodimer heavy chain constant region (heterodimeric F) library produced through the same. Moreover, the present invention relates to a CH3 domain mutant pair in which the formation of a heterodimer heavy chain constant region is flavored in the library; a heterodimer heavy chain constant region pair including the CH3 mutant pair; a dual specific antibody; a fusion protein; and a use of the same. The CH3 domain mutant pair according to the present invention not only forms a heterodimer heavy chain constant region at a high yield of 80-90% or higher, has excellent thermal stability, and has maintained binding functions with respect to a heavy chain constant region receptor (FcRn). The CH3 domain mutant pair and the double specific antibody including the same or the antibody constant region fusion protein according to the present invention can be useful in treating or preventing diseases related to a target antigen or a target protein.
