RTS Circuit Design Method and Simulation Method considering random telegraph signal noise

Disclosed are a circuit design method and a simulation method considering random telegraph signal (RTS) noise. The simulation method according to an aspect of a technical idea of the present invention comprises the following steps: receiving a netlist comprising a plurality of devices; performing a calculation using values of the RTS noise factors corresponding to the respective devices; generating an RTS model for each device according to calculation results; and generating the netlist in which the RTS model is reflected.
