The present invention relates to a composite for waste water treatment obtained through a method for preparing a composite of flower-shaped spherical TiO_2 with reduced graphene oxide which can be used for treating hardly decomposable organic materials in the field of waste water treatment. The method comprises the steps of: (1) preparing graphene oxide exfoliated through oxidation of graphite; (2) preparing flower-shaped spherical TiO_2 by solvent thermal synthesis of tetrabutyl titanate (TBT) with acetic acid; (3) carrying out hydrothermal synthesis of the graphene oxide obtained from step (1) and the flower-shaped spherical TiO_2 obtained from step (2); and (4) drying the sample hydrothermally synthesized from step (3). According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a composite having significantly improved photokinetic activity by virtue of the high light absorption amount of the flower-shaped spherical TiO_2, an excellent pore structure and introduction of a new energy level of the reduced graphene oxide.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
