VANET WARNING MESSAGE TRANSMISSION METHOD USED IN RADIO WAVE SHADOW AREA

The present invention relates to a vehicular ad-hoc network (VANET) warning message transmission method which can be used in a radio wave shadow area. More specifically, the present invention relates to a VANET warning message transmission technology using routing information and dividing the state of a node into a direct mode and a redirect mode to execute an operation. According to the present invention, the VANET warning message transmission method, which can be used in a radio wave shadow area, includes the steps of: receiving an initial warning message from an emergency occurrence node; checking whether a node is in an intersection area by checking whether the weight of the intersection is one or not; operating in redirect- mode when the weight of the intersection is not one; checking whether there is only a single node when the weight of the intersection is one; transmitting a warning message when there is only one node; checking which node has higher transmission priority when there is more than one node; and executing a warning message transmission process upon checking the node with the higher transmission priority and making other nodes with lower transmission priority wait.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
