The present invention relates to a composition, for inducing differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblast, comprising ganglioside GD3 as an active ingredient. The ganglioside GD3 of the present invention exhibits increased expression in the osteoblast, which has been induced and differentiated from miniature pig adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells, and by activating ERK1/2 and MEK1/2, has an effect of significantly inducing differentiation of the mesenchymal stem cells into the osteoblast. Therefore, the ganglioside GD3 can be usefully used in the composition and a method for inducing differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblast.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
