The present invention relates to a personal health record platform based on appropriate medical technology, and more particularly, to a technique for forming a personal record platform for a patient in a country to which appropriate medical technology is applied, and allowing the platform to provide a virtual ID through a face recognition of the patient so that the patient can register the virtual ID to a medical computer system server for use.
