A system for purifying cooling water used in a fluid circulation cooling system comprises: a cooling part (100) cooling circulated cooling water; a cooling water storage part (200) storing cooling water cooled in the cooling part (100)′ and a purification part (300) purifying cooling water stored in the cooling water storage part (200). The purification part (300) comprises: a physical purification part (310) using microbubbles; and a chemical purification part (320) using any one of a scale inhibitor, an anti-corrosive agent and a microorganism decreaser. According to the present invention, maintenance costs for the system can be effectively removed by reducing the use amount of makeup water and purification drugs of the system for circulating cooling water.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
