Disclosed are a support assembly for a guardrail, and a guardrail end part impact absorption device including the same. According to the present invention, the support assembly comprises: a bolt installed in the ground to protrude upwards on the ground surface to perform a role of a lower support; and an upper support including a flange which includes a rear opened fastening hole with an opened rear side as a fastening hole to fasten with the bolt to be separated from the bolt in a state of being fastened with the bolt when an impact from a rear side to a front side is applied. According to the present invention, since the bolt installed in the ground plays a role of the lower support without using a separate lower support, a lower support body and a lower support flange is omitted and a flange groove of the upper support is able to be manufactured in a simple shape in comparison with an existing technology, such that a structure of the support assembly for a guardrail and the guardrail end part impact absorption device including the same are simplified, and manufacturing and installation costs capable of being reduced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
