According to the present invention, the method of waterproofing and protecting a rooftop comprises: a first step of mixing and designing low-shrinkage mortar while including a binding material, mixing water, fine aggregate, a shrinkage reducing agent, a water reducing agent, and mixing water under conditions of 70-80 wt% of the cement, 20-30 wt% of the binding material by blast furnace slag powder, 40-45 wt% of a water-to-binder ratio, a unit quantity of 230-250 kg/m^3, and a mortar flow of 190-250 mm; a second step of mixing the low-shrinkage mortar in accordance with a mixing design of the first step to rub the low-shrinkage mortar; a third step of pouring the low-shrinkage mortar of the second step on a rooftop while transporting the low-shrinkage mortar through a pipe for floor-filling mortar, and finishing a surface; and a fourth step of protecting the surface of the low-shrinkage mortar in a damp state and curing the low-shrinkage mortar in a damp manner for 7-14 days.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
