Disclosed are a CCTV automatic screening monitoring system, a CCTV automatic screening monitoring managing server, and a CCTV automatic screening monitoring managing method. The CCTV automatic screening monitoring system comprises: one or more CCTV cameras; the CCTV automatic screening monitoring managing server; and one or more controller monitors. The CCTV automatic screening monitoring managing server includes a server communicating unit and a server controlling unit. The server communicating unit receives at least one CCTV video data from the CCTV cameras. The server controlling unit analyzes at least one CCTV video data inputted from the server communicating unit, calculates a selection score of the CCTV video data according to an automatic selection element corresponding to the CCTV video data, classifies the CCTV video data according to the calculated selection score, and outputs the same to the controller monitors.
