The method and the system of the present invention use cancer genome mutation and patient survival information, or use cancer cell or tissue infiltration or metastasis ability evaluation. By analyzing mutation of a synthetic cancer survival gene pair induced from cancer genome base sequence mutation and cancer survival and metastasis information, an anticancer treating drug having a good treating effect and a good prognosis can be effectively selected for individuals. High reliability is ensured, and related information can be rapidly and simply provided.
