The present invention relates to a commercial high firepower gas burner used for rapid cooking or large cooking in the kitchen of a restaurant, and is to provide a commercial high firepower gas burner which can provide three levels of flames, induces strong flame jetted from a jet fire hole to a cooking container by using a flame induction port, and provides a function of protecting the jet fire hole from garbage dropping from above. In other words, the commercial high firepower gas burner according to the present invention comprises: a burner body which concentrically includes a first burner unit and a second burner unit to independently supply gas, and is provided with a placement groove opened upward between the first burner unit and the second burner unit; jet fire holes which are assembled to a plurality of fire hole assembly holes respectively formed in the first burner unit and the second burner unit of the burner body; and a flame induction port which is positioned above the jet fire holes, and is provided with a partition wall, the lower end of which is fitted to the placement groove, on the downside of a cover provided with an inclination surface inducing and guiding flames jetted from the jet fire hole.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
