The present invention relates to a kit and a microarray to which genes which undergo significant modification in cancer stem cells in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) or a complementary molecules thereof are collected in an attempt to screen, diagnose, or monitor liver cancer. The NAFLD-specific genes selected in the present invention can be used for screening, diagnosing, or monitoring liver cancer, and the use of the genes can be useful in methods for screening candidate molecules for inhibitors of liver cancer stem cells or liver cancer treatment agents.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
