The present invention relates to a composition for protecting users from radiation or enhancing immunity using a Sasa quelpaertensis Nakai extract. The composition shows proliferation activity of splenocytes, which are peripheral immune cells (refer to figure 1 and 2); promotes the proliferation of the splenocytes suppressed by radiation (refer to figure 3); and shows activity on suppressing apoptosis and recovering DNA damage due to radiation (refer to figure 4 and 5).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
