According to the present invention, an operating method of an integrated control system comprising an image link control server and one or more image linker comprises the following steps of: extracting first object images for a first object from an image captured by a first camera and extracting second object images for a second object from an image captured by a second camera; comparing each of the first object images with one another and filtering the first object images by using the comparison result to generate first object selected images, and comparing each of the second object images with one another and filtering the second object images by using the comparison result to generate second object selected images; comparing the first object selected images and the second object selected images to determine whether the first object and the second object are the same object; and linking the first object selected images and the second object selected images based on the determination result. The present invention can be used to efficiently collect object images for a specific moving object by extracting object images from an image captured by a plurality of cameras (for example, closed-circuit televisions (CCTVs)) and linking object images of the same object with each other.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
