The present invention relates to a big data framework for managing health information collected from a health device using a different communication environment according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: distributed column based database which records and converts healthcare big data delivered to a healthcare server through a plurality of health devices in a column form and temporarily stores the converted data in a plurality of storage areas; and a distributed file system which re-distributes and stores the converted data and extracts data corresponding to a request of a user.
