The present invention relates to an automatic transmitter eliminated with oil pressure resistance and methods of oil level check and oil exchange. According to the present invention, the automatic transmitter comprises: an oil pan (10) mounted on an oil pan mounting body (3) formed at one side of a housing to receive an internal pressure of an automatic transmitter; and an internal pressure plug (20) for blocking an inner space of the oil pan from the outside during installation on the oil pan (10), while forming the inner space of the oil pan at atmospheric pressure at the time of detaching, thereby capable of forming the inner space at atmospheric pressure before injecting oil for oil level check or oil exchange of the automatic transmitter (1).
