The present invention relates to a protective sheet for maintaining body temperature capable of adjusting temperature, forming a plurality of heating bags with a sealed structure on a protective sheet covering a body of a patient after and before surgery or during surgery and adjusting inflow rate of air to adjust a calorific value from the heating bags, thereby maintaining the body temperature of the surgical patient by adjusting the calorific value. To this end, the present invention comprises: a basic sheet formed to have a size for covering all the body of the surgical body and formed of non-woven fabric with a fixated size; a plurality of pockets formed on the surface of the basic sheet and having a sealed structure preventing air from being passed via waterproof film; hot packs formed within the pockets to discharge heat via oxidation reaction in accordance with inflow of the air; and a temperature adjusting unit adjusting the inflow rate of the air flowing into the hot packs to adjust the temperature of the hot packs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
